I have a friend from Davao now based in Hong Kong selling properties in Edmonton. I can't believe land there is cheaper than Davao's. At Ellerslie Meadow Estate, it cost only less than P600 per square meter. That's about the price of raw land 10-12 kilometers away from downtown Davao.
If you think Edmonton is cheap, try Saskatchewan or any of the prairie provinces.
But with the housing market boom, prices all over Canada has been rising. But Vancouver and Toronto remains one of the highest prices.
