Went to the RAPS Cat Sanctuary on No. 6 Rd in Richmond and I saw his cat who looked like he had a Charlie Chaplin mustache. RAPS was built to rescue and protect homeless and abandoned cats and kittens. Open on Sundays from 1-4pm.
