The Richmond Olympic Oval is open. This is where some of the games of the 2010 Winter Olympics will be held.
There you can find ice skating, fitness centre, basketball, valleyball and multi-purpose rooms.
I went there the other day and the ice skating is the speed skating oval. It's huge and fast. In the middle of the ice skating ovals is where you can play basketball, valleyball and even indoor soccer.
There are parking spaces available and it should be open to the public on March 2009. They had free ice skating entrance until Feb 25, 2009.
Check out the website for more details.
